Toyota Atlas (Toyota Africa Parts Centre - TAPC) Landscaping

In 2023, we were honoured to secure the contract for the maintenance of the Toyota Atlas facility, also known as the Toyota Africa Parts Centre (TAPC). Our responsibilities encompass the upkeep of both the interior and exterior gardens within the facility premises. These gardens feature a diverse range of elements, including hedges, retaining walls adorned with plants, ground covers, and extensive lawn areas.

One notable challenge that accompanies this contract is the prohibition of chemical usage due to the presence of a neighbouring wetland conservation area. Sustainability is of paramount importance to our client, as evidenced by their adoption of the Japanese composting technique, known as Bokashi. Within the facility, the canteen efficiently recycles all food waste using Bokashi, which is subsequently composted for use in the gardens.
